General - To use SignArc, you must be at least 18 years of age, agree to these Terms and Conditions and complete the purchasing procedure. By doing so, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements, that the information you include as part of the purchase process is complete and accurate and, if you are purchasing on behalf of a business or other entity, that you are authorized to bind that entity to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not accept the Terms and Conditions stated here without modification, you may not use SignArc. SignArc may revise these Terms and Conditions at any time and may refuse service to anyone at its sole discretion.
Nature of Services - Unless otherwise stated, SignArc provides schematic design service. Shop drawings and construction documents are the responsiblility of the client.
Code & Ordinance Compliance - The client is responsible for providing SignArc with information pertaining to local codes and ordinances. SignArc does not research local codes prior to designing. Interior plaques will be designed to comply with ADA standards.
Scheduling - SignArc will deliver the first draft designs within seven days after receiving complete project information. Revisions will be provided within two business days of receipt of design direction.
Quality Assurance - SignArc’s design service includes two revisions for each design produced. This allows the client complete design control over the final product. At the sole discretion of SignArc, refunds may be issued for incomplete work. Should Client receive such refund, they acknowledge that they will have no right (express or implied) to use any work product and will not have any ownership interest in or to the same.
Ownership of Copyright - Upon full payment and completion of design, design documents become the property of the Client, having unlimited, indefinite, and royalty-free use of the design. SignArc retains rights to display designs and photographs of competed signs in portfolio and promotional materials. All concepts, or other preliminary materials, which are not selected by the Client or are not included into the final delivery, remain the full property of SignArc.
Privacy - SignArc does not share client information.
Items Included in Services:
Single Sign Design - SignArc will produce a single design scheme for each sign type ordered. Each scheme includes the first draft design plus two revisions.
Additional Schemes - Service is offered in conjunction with the purchase of a single sign design. SignArc will produce one additional design scheme for each additional scheme ordered. Each additional scheme includes the first draft design plus two revisions.
Photo Mockup - Service is offered in conjunction with the purchase of a single sign design. After the first revision, SignArc will produce a photo mockup that approximates how the finished sign will look in place. Scale, color and lighting will be approximated. A high quality digital photograph of the sign location shall be provided by the client.

Small Retail Center
- One (1) monument sign design
- One (1) vehicular directional sign design
- One (1) regulatory sign
- One (1) tenant suite plaque design
Office or Residential Project
- One (1) monument sign design
- One (1) vehicular directional sign design
- One (1) corridor directional sign design
- One (1) unit/suite plaque design
Large Retail Center
- One (1) pylon sign design or One (1) additional monument sign design
- One (1) monument sign design
- Up to Two (2) vehicular directional sign designs
- One (1) regulatory sign
- One (1) tenant suite plaque design
