Simple Steps to

1. Before Ordering

For us to create a unique design that perfectly compliments your project, we need as much project information as possible. Before ordering, gather the following information about your project:

- Digital photographs of the project - especially important for Photo Mockups.

- Plans and renderings in PDF format

- Project materials specifications, color board photos, paint specifications, etc.

- Zoning information including maximum area, height, etc.

- Site constraints; footprint, height limits, etc.

- Your titleblock in PDF or AI format

2. Select the Services You Need

We can design a single sign or a complete sign family. Using the navigation buttons above, find the type of sign or sign family you need designed. Don't see exactly what you need? Give us a call.

3. Add the service to your shopping cart

When done, click on the Shopping Cart button to view your services before ordering.

4. Checkout

During the checkout process, you will be prompted to provide us with your contact information and basic information about your project. You will have the opportunity to review and confirm your order before being asked to pay. Payments are processed by PayPal (see next step).

5. Pay for services

We use PayPal for all purchases. Their service is simple, safe and secure. You can use an existing PayPal account or pay with a credit card without opening a PayPal account.

6. Receive Order Confirmation

After ordering, you will receive an email confirming your order and a Project Information Form with instructions on how to send project information (photos, colors, plans, etc.) to SignArc.

7. Send Project Information

Using the Project Information Form and instructions provided in your order confirmation, send us information about your project (digital photos, colors, plans, etc.)

8. Receive Draft Designs

Once we receive your order and project information, we will begin the design process. Within one week, you will receive the first draft of your designs. Designs will be formatted on your titleblock with your company logo on the page size of your choice. Our service includes two design revisions (see next steps below).

9. Internal Review and Revision 1

We will present our design via email, web and/or phone conference. During your internal review, you can make adjustments you like before presenting to your client.

10. Present to Your Client

Present the design to your client and note any changes they would like to make. We can join your presentation via phone conference if needed.

11. Revision 2 and Final Scheme

Once we receive notes from your client meeting, we will make any adjustments and finalize the schematic design. Completed design work will be sent to you electronically in PDF or AI format.
