SignArc was started by Gordy Ross and Ted Luthin, the principals of Ross/Luthin Creative. Founded in 2000, Ross/Luthin has become one of the leading environmental graphic design firms on the West Coast. Educated in fine art, graphic design and architecture with extensive experience in all aspects of signage and environmental graphic design, Gordy and Ted pride themselves on their extensive knowledge of the sign business, low ego attitude and creative approach to business. 4. What File Formats Do You Use?

Our work is done in Adobe Illustrator CS3. We can provide electronic files in PDF, AI or EPS formats.

5. How Long Does Design Take?

6. Can I Use My Titleblock?

Yes. Send us your titleblock in PDF or AI format and we will use it for our design work. We can also setup our pages using the paper size you prefer. The SignArc logo will also appear below your logo on your titleblock as "Consulting Design Firm". Click here to see an example.

7. Can I Build From Your Drawings?

SignArc is a schematic design service, so you will probably need to do additional detail drawings prior to fabrication. If you need fabrication or shop drawings, we can help.

8. Can I Specify the Materials and Methods You Use?

Yes. We are familiar with most sign products, materials and methods. Let us know the materials and methods you prefer and we will design accordingly.

9. Can You Design to Meet a Fabrication Budget?

Yes. We have years of experience designing to meet budgets. Let us know your fabrication budget range and we will work with you to deliver a design you and your client like at a budget that works.

10. What If I Don't Like Your Design?

We have been designing signage for decades and are confident you will like what we design. Plus, our service includes two revisions where you can direct the design. It has never happened, but if we are way off on our first concept, we will refund your design fee.

11. Do You Build Signs?

No. SignArc is purely a design service.
